What is a coupon code and how do I use it?

Sometimes the response to the special offer is so large the online merchant decides to modify the coupon - to make a smaller discount, or a larger minimum purchase requirement. webbyplanet.com cannot guarantee the accuracy of the deals listed. We test all the deals before posting them online; however, we cannot verify every deal every day.

What do I do if a coupon does not work?

If a coupon on our website is not working, please contact us by using the link at the bottom of each page. After we receive your email, we check the offer to verify if there is any error with the coupon code or if it is expired. If the coupon is expired, keep checking our site. We update our site daily and as soon as we find another deal for that merchant, we will post it on our site.

What if I do not see the discount at checkout?

If you do not see the discount you were expecting at checkout, we recommend you not to proceed with your order. Most of the times, if you do not see the discount on the final summary of your order, you do not receive the discount. This happens occasionally because coupons and deals often expire without notice and there is no guarantee that all coupons will work.

What if I have a problem or question about an order?
